The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer service.”

“This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return. ”
