“We had a pleasant stay at Travelers Paradise. John was great with accommodations and communication our entire stay. The place was clean and well organized with instructions and amenities. It has a small kitchenette for basic meals, but you have to request the cook top. I requested it prior and it was in the unit. The pool area is lovely with lounge chairs, patio set and water fall. We had a private entrance being the owners live in the main area of the house. Access was through a gate. I……

“We rented this place for 2 weeks.The night we arrived we found that the sheets and mattress pad were not chaned and dirty. We contacted the owner and sent pictures and they said they would send someone out the next day to change the sheets which didn't help for our first night! Nowhere to sleep! It was disgusting! Said they'd give us 20 for our "inconvenience". Told them that wasn't enough so they gave us 50. Wow! The hard, uncomfortable bed was only 8 in off the floor. Of the two cushions on……

“Location and cleanliness was great. A regular coffee machine versus the Nespresso machine would have been good for us. A partial roll of toilet paper in each washroom was supplied. The furniture could use an upgrade in the living room, it was hard to be comfortable indoors with a futon and a bench. Beautiful place!”

“I stayed for one night at the Aloha Motel. Upon check in around 5 pm, I noticed my room wasn’t super clean. The more I looked, the more I found of trash, stains, and even a dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, still wet from when it was used. When I messaged the property owner, he asked for video/photo evidence. I sent it to him immediately, but didn’t hear back until the morning. His resolution to this is taking with housekeeping….
