"Fun hotel. No fuss, good for independent travelers. I loved being by the river. It made for cool and shady walks. Loads of good restaurants all around. One 5 star a few paces from the hotel. "

"Booked this trip last minute so could only get a standard room which was perfect for one person but note these rooms do not come with a view of the beach. Room was clean and on the top floor. Rooftop deck was perfect for watching the sunsets or just lounging. Hotel is a very short walk to the Malecon and safe for a solo traveler. The only downfall was not having a mini fridge in the room, something much needed when you want to keep cold drinks on hand. The staff at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful with recommendations on local places to eat, places to visit and transportation. Would definitely stay here again."

"The pool is nice but it needs to be clean it has small black dots of mold. It needs attention for sure. Other than that everything was great, loved the spa. "
