“The hotel is conveniently located in great area within walking distance to shopping and dining. 10 minute walk to the beach right along promenade de Anglais. My only issue was with the lack of help with luggage upon arrival up 4 flights of stairs. While it was mentioned briefly in the description, it was not very clear as it was communicated as “ 4 steps to entrance” when in fact you have to carry your luggage up 4 flights in your own to get to the actually hotel door. “I was a woman travelling alone and I always felt very safe here. I would absolutely recommend to other travellers. The hotel is basic, but clean and the aircon works well. The only issue I had with my room was that the curtains were very thin and did not darken the room at all- this meant I did not sleep very well on a few nights. Excellent central location and the surrounding streets are safe.”

“Only positive this about this hotel is the location. Close to everything. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. Barely could fit in the room with 2 adults and 2 bags. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the hallway, to outside, to the next door room. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities basically. Room was generally updated, though just ok. 1 elevator for the hotel. You have to pay for your own water. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. I would not stay here……
