Warm, friendly and welcoming staff, clean fresh room and balcony, breathtaking views, close to shops, restaurants, amenities, ferry, bus stop and a lovely walkway along the river front.
Staff was helpful and friendly. The train is very short lived when it passes through. The walk over to the other hotel was a lake side jaunt. Id stay there again.
Great value and nice view. Only thing that wasn't ideal was the parking. It was full and very tight in the back, with no overflow for overnight, but I would stay here again despite that. Staff was great, rooms were as expected and comfortable.
Staff were excellent! Room was comfortable and clean

Nice place, parking is tight. Room was clean and quiet. Elevator wasn’t working during our stay, wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others.

Reception staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking for a truck was a challenge as the parking spaces are small. Close to a very nice walk along the river.
We loved this place! We came in for 2 nights before going to Shambhala Music Festival to have a relaxing start to our vacation. Our room had a beautiful view of the water and the park. I would sit our on the patio every morning with coffee to watch the sunrise. Everything was withing a 10-20 minute walk, and if you aren't into walking, the main roads are immediately off the hotel exit, plus the historical trolley car stops a 2 minute walk away.
The staff was lovely and gave us lots of info on things to do, how to get around, schedules, etc.
The only downside is there is a train that comes through thw city around 6am every morning and they blare the horn. The tracks are right behind the hotel, so it would wake us up, but it is only a few minutes of discomfort, and that isn't the hotel's fault.
We will absolutely come back.

The location was convenient, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. On-site parking was also a nice convenience.
Overall, the hotel was okay, but it could use some updating. The carpets, in particular, are in need of replacement, as ours was noticeably dirty. The room itself was clean, although it felt a bit tired.
One thing to be aware of is that a train runs directly behind the hotel twice every 24 hours. Earplugs are provided, which is appreciated, but it would have been helpful to know about the train noise prior to booking.
Nice surprise- access to amenities at the lakefront prestige as well. Nice restaurant with patio to enjoy a drink and meal. 10 minutes walk along lakefront. Shopping centre -5 mins walk
Interesting layout with access to building. Multiple entrances depending which floor you’re on. Split level between main(2nd floor) and first floor. From back parking lot, stairs to first floor, stair to 2nd floor. Elevator access is from 2nd floor after the stairs so travel light if didn’t expect stairs. Would stay again if the daily train coming by doesn’t bother you.
