“This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!”

“Great view of the ocean. The deck is small for four people to sit comfortably. The unit was stocked with everything that one might need. The exterior was a little worn but workers were there doing reconstruction. Very quiet and secure property. Very quick, easy beach excess. Two minor maintenance items were a bathroom clogged sink and a leaky coffee maker. We called on the sink but the maintenance crew did not fix it. All in all, happy that we rented this property.”

The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again.”
