"Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology."

"Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again."

"We enjoyed our time at the Westin. When you book through VRBO you don’t get the same explanation of the property because you are not connected with them until arrival. The unit is location is on the far side of the property so it’s a bit of a distance to the pool and beach. The resort is lovely and the staff on property was helpful."

"We had such a lovely time at the resort!!! The room was beautiful and exactly as pictures, and details noted! GORGEOUS VIEW!!! It was easy to maneuver around the resort and get help when needed! The pool was perfect, and the beach better. We just loved the ongoing interactive activities at the pool each day! There was wonderful snorkeling too, which included a shoal of squid, barracuda, eel, and so many more! Thank you so much!!!"
