Todo está muy bien , los baños un poco antiguos pero en general todo muy bien , la chica de los masajes es una maga me quito el dolor del nervio ciático , lo único poco mal es que se escucha mucho cuando tienes huéspedes enseguida .

Sr. Rafael has so much love for this property and it shows in his attention to every detail. You can't beat the location right in the heart of Merida. We will definitely be returning!

Honestly you walk through the front door into another world! It feels like yuozr in the muddle of a forest and the atmosphere is peace and relaxation. Our room was spacious and airy and perfect temp to get away from the heat we had during our visit. The plung pool qas wonderfully relaxing and excitingly fun and thw under ground hot pool was wonderful. Helpful and friendlzly staff add to the fact that we will be returning to this beautiful retreat in the middle of the city.
