“I think it was overall great ”

“Clean, spacious property. We were 19 people, half kids and half adults, and the house was ideal. 2 living spaces and a massive dining table that could seat us all comfortably. Only thing we were not expecting is that the pool referenced is at the nearby beach recreation area, and the house comes with entry passes to the beach but there’s an additional fee to use the pool. ”

“Everything was perfect for our family of three. The location is wonderful, with a shared private beach across the street, and a larger beach and boardwalk an easy half-mile walk away. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed to cook and relax on the beach. Since we flew in, we really appreciated the use of their beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Dawn was thoughtful, kind, and communicative. We hope to return in the future!”

“Very clean and tidy, the home accommodated our group of eight nicely. The pool is heated and is really nice to come home to after visiting all the surrounding sites (i.e. downtown Mystic, Mystic Aquarium, the Submarine museum). 15 minute drive from Mystic. Great communication.”

“Just the location itself is a gem ”

“Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). The boat was clean but with a good detailing it can be perfect thanks Jenny and Chris. ”

“This is a solid stay for a night or two, but it is very bare minimum - like a hostel. If you're looking for something besides a hostel experience I suggest looking elsewhere. Location is good, but you do hear the highway from the room. Owner is nice, but the walk-through of the place is unnecessary. Everything is straightforward. ”

“Everything is new. I love that it has a functional desk. Bathroom is shared. I cannot recall if I check that when I booked.”
