I didn’t see any bad reviews until after I booked and a lot of the bad reviews mentioned cleanliness and I would somewhat agree. The couch had a smell, and the countertops and tables and other areas could’ve been more clean. They needed to be wiped down even on top of the stove. Yeah I get it’s in and out experience different people been there, but there’s a way to upkeep that. The bed was soft and lumpy so it wasn’t super comfortable. The building is nice. It’s quiet. It’s in a good neighborhood. Would I book here again 50-50 I think I would first look for somewhere else that has the same concept. In terms of using your phone or a code to go in and out the building I had no issues with that at all people that issues, I assume are not tech savvy. Housekeeping needs to do a better job that would be my number one complaint. They make it look presentable, but they don’t clean it with effort
