“The hotel, overall, is an excellent place to stay. Nice and new, rooms are good sized and very clean throughout the property. The cafe in the lobby is excellent, with great coffee and baked goods. The only issue we encountered was that when we requested bell service at check out, no one came up to get our bags - at the hotel you cannot borrow the bag carts, so if you have a lot of bags you need to have bell service. I ended up taking our bags down in multiple trips - no big deal, but……

“The hotel was amazing. The only thing was the sliding bathroom door it would bang on the wall if you didn't catch it. We put a water bottle behind it so it wouldn't do that anymore. ”

“We stayed here for 2 nights. The room is tidy and clean, the beds are quite comfortable. The front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the area is quiet and safe, and it is only a walk distance to the Washington Park. We had a pleasant stay!”
