"Easy access to freeway, easy parking, comfortable bed, enjoyed the coffee machine downstairs in lobby. Just in for a night but felt safe and relaxed. "

"Hotel is in a partial state of construction or demolition and one of our rooms had a broken toilet and bathtub. A hole in the bathroom door and the other didn’t have blankets for the beds only thin sheets. Pool and hot tub weren’t in service and the beds were very uncomfortable and poor quality. Not much positive to say. "

"So this was a Great Stay !!! Heathman Lodge was worth the $$$ i give it Almost a perfect score and the reason it wasn't perfect is because the Desk staff were rude and short with Me and other Customers but only the 1 person and maybe they were having a bad day. The food in the restaurant was amazing. I had the bread pudding French toast they take the bread pudding and make French toast out of it with pears and strawberries on it, And it was phenomenal. Also for dinner, I had the elk and pork Ragu, and that was phenomenal too. It was just amazing food all the way around my wife had meatloaf. And my father had the same as I did. But for breakfast, my father had the Denver omelet and he said it was the best, Denver omlet he's ever had. A++ Food and A- cause some of the staff were lazy and rude but for the most part, they were great ......"

"Accused of taking towels????? No email no phone call nothing just blind sided when came back to check in 3 days later told i had to pay 35$ for something we did not do. "

"The lady at the front desk was very friendly, check-in went well, this area of Vancouver is basically under the flight line of the Portland Oregon airport (PDX) and you get to listen to jets take off all night. The light on the TV cable box and clock on the microwave were very bright and I had to cover them up. The carpet at the entry way to way to the room was ripped up and the light in the shower flickered and sometimes turned off. The ATM in the lobby was broken and would not dispense any cash, the lady at the front desk said that she had been putting "Out of Order" signs on it but her boss kept taking them off. Breakfast was ok but there was no sausage or bacon and it its place someone had fried what seemed to be Summer Sausage instead which was not at all an ideal substitute. The elevator was slow and seemed to take forever to arrive even though when the doors opened no one was on it."

"Limited breakfast available and for the price things are not in the greatest condition especially in the bathroom. "

"The staff did not care that my daughter was recovering from a medical emergency and wouldn't give us a timeline on how late they were going to be in having the room ready. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction at lunch and was heavily drugged and nauseated. I went in at 3:30pm asking if we could get in early so she could lay down while we watched her. They said no since checkin was at 4pm but had me do the paperwork ahead of time so we could get her in immediately. I showed up a few minutes before 4pm and they were checking in others and handing out room keys (including another large family probably in the same 2 bedroom suite). When I got up there they told me the room was not ready on time but couldn't give us an estimate (not even to the closest hour!). I asked if they would call me when ready, and he snarky replied he didn't have my phone number (he had me enter it on the earlier paperwork). Half an hour later my daughter had to come in and lay down on the foyer couch to get out of the hot car and at 40 minutes when he still wouldn't give me an estimate I cancelled so we could go elsewhere. As we're leaving, he offered us cold water. No offer for her to come in and wait out of the heat, no offer for refreshments as we waited, no offer for letting us know when it was ready (I had to ask for that), no updates, no apologies, no offer for discounts, etc... He had only offered to move us to separate (more expensive) rooms where we couldn't keep an eye on her."
