Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. "The room was just ok - clean pillow, clean bed. The overall feel for the room was that it needed some TLC, maybe a good overhaul. Parking in the back of the inn felt like a game of Tetris. We stayed two nights. We left at 8am the first morning and came back at 10:30pm to find that housekeeping did not show at all. When I asked the owner about it I was given a variety of answers from "well it was only one night" to "maybe you're room was not put on the list". No real compensation or apology, just...
