“We stayed here with our boys (10-14 years old). The room was large and one of the boys took advantage of sleeping on the full-sized couch. Being across the street from the Quechee Gorge visitor center and trailhead to swimming hole in gorge was a big bonus. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Breakfast gets a 10 out of 10!! Love all the options and the yummy flavored waffle mix!! Pool and hot tub were great!! I mean if all hot tubs can be that temp I would love it!! While we enjoyed our stay there were a few hiccups. Not all of us could get on the WiFi. I did not like the lack of full service in the room. It is fine in general but we ran out of toilet paper and we would have liked more towels as there were 4 of us. We did go to the desk for the things we needed but a simple……

“Huge train sirens in the middle of night for several times. ”

“At first I was a tad freaked pot! You are given a code to open your room door as well as the huge 2 rooms with coffee tea a washer dryer ice silver ware towels etc... In other words you maintain your own needs. Yes there is a chambermaid if wanted..The rooms are decorated to the 9"s,,also dog friendly. Exquisite bed and beddings..Extra pillows blankets if needed so clean you can eat off the floor so to speak....You pull right up to your door. It is 26.9 miles to Dartmouth Hitchcock.......I did……

“Beautiful Inn with truely exellent restaraunt at the Inn. Staff are very friendly and accomodating.”

“The room was perfect and the outside area was fantastic. Located right on a river with a covered bridge that was an easy walk. Had a great conversation with the owner one night on the outside patio with a fire going in the fireplace on the patio. Would definitely stay there again when in the Woodstock area. Inn is dated 1791.”

“Samantha checked us in and is so friendly and kind. I enjoyed chatting with her almost every day during our week long stay. Debbie is an excellent server at the breakfast buffet and even gave us great advice on local bakeries and easy hiking spots to check out. Also, Yasheen is wonderful at the front desk. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. The window had an unobstructed view of birch trees and forest. Very comfortable bed and we slept great. Parking was never a problem even during the busy……

“My kids and I woke up all bit up, blood stains were on the sheets, our tv didn’t work kept going black , staff did nothing about anything no accountability or accommodation at all!”
