“Great place to relax and use as base when starting trip in Pretoria area. Service was super efficient and attentive without being intrusive. Communication was equally great with both Wilma and Jolene prior to arrival and they were amazingly accommodating when I had issues with reservation at another property for Christmas day and needed to check-in a day early (truly saved the day) ”

I called Landlord and he didn't respond. I wrote to app expressing concern, but they told me he would confirm the details soon. the next morning, I kept calling, and there was no response. “Schöne Zimmer in einer recht neuen Anlage. Der riesige Pool ist beeindruckend und kann kostenlos genutzt werden, war allerdings zu unserer Reisezeit zu kalt zum baden. Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen direkt in der Anlage vorhanden. Early Checkin und Late Checkout waren gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis möglich. Das Personal im Hotel war superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, aber das Sicherheitspersonal am Gate war frech und wenig hilfsbereit.”
