"Beautiful resort, Great food, suites were very spacious and clean. We had a swim up ocean front room, perfect hotel for our anniversary. Great views and it felt like a lovely oasis of luxury. Golf buggies ferry you from one side of the resort to the other. It is walkable but you'll sweat a lot. Food and drink, Great choices all over the resort. Buffet for breakfast and dinner was excellent. On the nights we didn’t feel like venturing out, room service did us very proud. One big recommendation is to take mozzie repellent, they were really bad on our stay Sept 2025."

"This was my boyfriend and I’s first time in Mexico and we couldn’t recommend Grand Sirenis enough. Our room (ocean view) and the resort, were always clean. The spa was lovely (we actually got a free 1hr hydrotherapy session from booking with Expedia, which was so relaxing) and, the food and restaurants were great (our favourites were Pueblito Lindo, Butchers and Oishii Teppanyaki). The staff were extremely welcoming, kind, informative and helpful. They were always checking in on us about our room, how our stay was and if we’ve booked any restaurants or have done any excursions. A few main people we would like to give a special shout out to is Edgar, Erik, Omar and our waiter from The Park buffet, Marcelino. We wanted to thank them and all the staff for making our experience so incredibly special and memorable. We hope to be back in the future! "

" We had a fantastic week at Grand Palladium Kantenah, staying in the Family Selection section. Check-in was smooth—our room was ready within 15 minutes of arrival, and our butlers Karen and Erick were amazing. Family Selection gave us access to a private pool with great food and drinks, The Nest restaurant (excellent breakfast, dinner, and pre-dinner cheeses), and TRS lunch spots with upscale food. While we didn’t try TRS dinner venues to stay with our kids, the lunch options were noticeably better than similar ones in White Sand. We tried the steakhouse, Brazilian, Argentinian, Mexican, and Italian restaurants—all were fantastic. On our last night, we booked the Bravo Dinner & Show, which had elevated cuisine and entertainment, though it comes with an extra charge. Joel at the main pool bar in Kantenah/Colonial was the MVP—he made sure we always got top-shelf drinks and treated us like VIPs. The beach wasn’t the best, but staff kept it clean, and a short walk north led to a much nicer stretch. The resort is huge, but shuttles made it easy to get around. Staff everywhere were kind, attentive, and made us feel truly special. Highly recommend Family Selection for comfort, service, and elevated dining."
