Staff are very generous and helpful

位置旺中帶靜，服務人員態度親切，房間寛趟，交通方便！位處旺區，方便亱遊人士去完晩間活動後，可以立即回酒店休息！

Staff很熱情有禮，服務周到，check in讓我們先坐下 ，staff check in完成才過來告訴我們。然後welcome drink也很suprised，我告知staff因為我有孕，不能喝西瓜汁，有否其他，staff說沒有其他果汁，檸檬茶可以嗎？So sweet！ 我們租了有露台的premium room，可惜天氣熱，而且露台太小，根本沒有機會用到。唯一不足是花灑水太小，不知是越南都是如此，還是這酒店如是。

Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. Staffs were super friendly and the restaurant there was also great, we had dinner there one night and the food were very delicately made and delicious, highly recommended. However the only let down would be the spa, booking was hard to make and with very limited services due to short of staffs i think. It can be slightly better i feel.
