Chapa Bas Vacations from $313

The location of the place is amazing, close to the markets, food establishments, spas, and the river. My family loves the spacious rooms. But what I love about this place are the staff. They have been very helpful to me since I arrived and gave me great recommendations. Whatever is lacking in the place (which I didn't notice), the very good people working there are making up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great experience with locals. It is not a 5-star hotel, but they have 10-star people working on this one.

Everyone on the cruise was very nice and welcoming, and they truly cared to make sure that we had a great time. Our suite was very nice, but the beds mattress could have been softer. The only big issue was the fact that I needed Wi-Fi to take care of some business and as soon as we left the bay, the Internet was completely out. Had I known that this was the case I would’ve come better prepared, and given that I paid so much for this trip I would’ve expected them to be fully transparent.

Staff were friendly and food was good.

The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!
