Whoever is responsible for maintaining this hotel does a fantastic job! The lobby was beautiful and clean. The premises was beautifully maintained. The room exceeded my expectations! So clean and so very well maintained. Everything was is great shape and working order. Breakfast was hot and delicious as well. We were passing through and found this hotel based on customer reviews. I only wish all hotels were even slightly close to this hotel. Wish I could give it more stars!!

Aurora condition in our room was broke. Way to hot in the room. Maintenance man came and he didn't fix it. Dirty wash cloth left in bathroom. Ungrateful said she would give me reward points but never seen them.
