Updated Lake front cottage features 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and plenty of gathering and dining spaces to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Prepare your favorite meals in the modern fully stocked kitchen, complete with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip and pod coffee makers. Take your pick and enjoy your days and evenings in the many outdoor gathering areas this home provides.

Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms, a full bath, dedicated workspace, living room with ample seating, cozy fireplace and flat screen TV. Outside deck area is perfect for sunbathing or simply relaxing as you take in the beauty of the lake.

Downstairs you’ll enjoy a full size kitchen, dining table that seats 8, a separate game table or smaller dining for 4 more, a flat screen TV, 4th bedroom with TV and second full bath. Step outside to the lower patio area with grill for summer cookouts! Take a few steps towards the lake to enjoy another outdoor lounging area and separate firepit to enjoy on those cool evenings and share memorable fireside chats.

With direct lake access, indulge in activities like swimming, fishing, and boating. We provide kayaks for your enjoyment and can recommend local boat rental companies. Corn Hole and horse shoes along with puzzles and lots of board games.

This cottage is located on a peaceful, gravel dead end road but conveniently located less than 4 miles to Publix Grocery and local restaurants and about 10 miles from all the attractions of Mooresville. It’s recommended that you arrange UBER or Taxi pickup in advance since we are off of the main road.
