The home has an open and airy living room with comfortable seating. The dining room has direct access to a fenced in private backyard with a patio table and chairs including extra large umbrella and dining table, gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill and an outdoor shower. Additionally, the house has a spacious, well-manicured, side yard great for outdoor activities, including Kan Jam, Corn Hole, Bocce, Croquet. Located in a quiet area near Shore Rd, this home is close to all the destinations that make Chatham so amazing; Jump on the many Bike trails, Watch the Chatham A's, Stroll downtown Main Street, visit Lighthouse beach, Oyster pond & Schoolhouse Pond, are all close by.
