“Absolutely spotless room. Looks like it was just renovated in a building that’s fine and a parking lot that could be repaved. Slept great, although could hear traffic from the nearby road, but it was not busy at night. Shower in the tub had no grab bars and the floor could be slippery if not careful. Only ours and 3 other rooms were occupied on a Saturday night in March. Desk could have been friendlier, and they did charge an extra $100 security deposit which they said would be refunded...

“Absolutely beautiful home! Very inviting and cozy. My family and I came for my daughter's college graduation at Winthrop. Convenient to the university. Pool was heaven sent for our 5 year old. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet area. Definitely look forward to staying again in the future.”

“Perfect location. Nice neighborhood and is walking distance to all that old town Waxhaw has to offer (shops, restaurants, parks and festivals). The house is neat and clean and is adorable! The screened porch is so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or relax. The house itself is so well stocked with everything you could need. The yard is fenced and large which was great for our pups to run around in. The king bed that we slept in was very comfortable. Wendi is such a nice host and was very responsive....
