“Rude staff, watered down Marriott property with bare minimum functionalities for a tired business traveler. Front desk female clerk treated me TERRIBLE.”

“Beds were not comfortable so no one in my group got a good night's sleep any night we stayed. Shower was not clean- hair on the shower floor and drain and was still there after they "cleaned" the room. ”

“Exceeded expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with the plenty of options. I was limited on time and Divya insisted on preparing waffles for me and wrapping the plates in foil for me to carry to my room. She went above and beyond and I’m still so impressed with her kindness and the way she interacted with other guests getting breakfast. She’s a gem. I asked for the names of the other staff, because each made the stay more enjoyable. It was a quick overnight……

“Property is older.Update to begin in May.Was disappointed no room safe. No Continental breakfast, just coffee and fruit.Extra charge for other items, although reasonable.”

“The first room wasn’t clean. There were bodily fluids in the bathroom, and on the wall. We were relocated to another room. After using the onsite laundry facility the washer wasn’t working correctly and soaked our clothing. All I could do was hang dry them. The manager offered a dry cleaning service on the house. The dry cleaners lost our clothes. The clothes that were dry cleaned were located at another hotel. A pair of $130 pants for work are still missing. Not a dime of our stay was……
