“The bedding was dirty and the room smelled bad, the refrigerator was very dusty and so was the microwave. Also, this is my second time visiting Lancaster and the 2 times I've gone the pool is always covered. When checking out they made us wait for them to check the rooms, probably thinking we had stolen something, just because we weren't Americans, because some of my friends also stayed there and at no time did they make the process as difficult for them as they did for my family. Not to mention...

“This is the second time we stayed at this home. You can't beat the location for all the space. It's spacious, very clean, and bug-free, which is a priority for us. It has a nice fenced-in back yard for the kids to run, and entertain. The host is always there for you. We have family in the area, so this has become our go-to place when visiting. Location, location, location!! The best. And super clean. We'll book here again. ”

“We have stayed in Sara’s Shacks before so we weren’t concerned. Unfortunately we should have been concerned. We arrived after dark. Once I got into the house to turn the outside lights on, we found that the front porch light was burnt out and the back porch lighting was very poor. I messaged Sara about the front porch light and she messaged back immediately “I’ll send someone over to change the front porch light, sorry about that.”The next night we came back and no light.
