"We had a nice room on the first floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size, and the bed was comfortable. No complaints at all. "

"It was renovated in rooms. They were so nice. I can say one of our beds needs replacing it needed oil. Everytime you moved it squeaked. But overall, it was a nice place. "

"It was very nice. I did have an issue with the TV in the down stairs bedroom did not want to come on. And when I wanted to extend my stay by 1 night I was told by the resort I would have to go through Hotels.com and when I did go through Hotels.com I was told I had to go through the resort. When I went through the resort I was told they are booked hp and not extending any stays. Why couldn't they have said that start with instead of a run around that I was given."
