“Like: Clean, easy rental, breakfast at cafe was nice Dislikes: coffee bar/game room was never open when we were at facility, no coffee in room, wooden deck three floors high was wobbly and absolutely not safe. It looks like they had tried to stabilize it, but it was not professionally done. Very obvious, and I wish I had remembered to take a picture.”

“The indoor pool was cold. Some of the dishes in the room were dirty. But everything else seemed clean”

“The room was nice size and clean. Their was a lot of bird poop all over the stairs. Check in was a mess they were not at the property when we arrived we had to drive 12 miles away to get checked in and the 12 miles back . Needs better signs on where the rooms are. There was nothing in the email about any of the changes. We ask to be in lower level with no stairs and the put us on the second floor with 18 steps when called they said none were available but I never seen anyone on the lower lever.……

“The bed comfort was actually wonderful. The access to the property was not that easy. We found that confusing. Once there the other thing that threw us off was we thought there was a jacuzzi there. Not that we would’ve used it, however it was a bit of a throw off of advertisement. The shower wasn’t that great either w the water pressure. ”
