“The office clerk was very helpful at check-in, couldn’t have been any nicer! The motel is a bit dated, but well worth the price point. Great place for families on a budget.”

“Everything was great. The only problem I had with our room was that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, it’s was perfect.”

“I loved everything about this place, except the toilet are low to the ground and climbing in and out the tub was a little harder, but nothing bad to say about them. “Place is okay. Very young child/family focused. The pool is basically a splash pad. The other pool says 5 feet deep, it's 3 feet. There's no sidewalks so everyone just wanders around the road. When you check in, they immediately hand you off to someone to try and get you to sign up for their timeshare breakfast demo. The walls/ceiling to our room were paper thin. I dont think I'll go to another Westgate resort again.”

“Was falsely promised a good view and turned out we got a room facing another building. Amenities are very old. Inspite being a birthday weekend, no courtesy change of room provided.”

“First of all. Don’t judge this hotel by the pictures on Expedia. There is a reason there are not many. The building and facilities are not updated or well maintained. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel where quality matches price. This is the place for you. If you stay here-do not use the cheaper non refundable rate that is offered. I made that mistake. Expedia doesn’t care that the pictures they allow on their listing doesn’t represent the actual hotel. The lobby and main floor……

“Nice and clean room! The only issue I had was the bathroom door wasn’t aligned, so it wouldn’t shut. The top hinge plate was not secured to the frame.”

“Was good overall, rooms are a little on the smaller side. Had an issue with the people above us with the noise but they were prompt to tell them to keep it down. Breakfast was okay. Could use some fruit added. But good for a free breakfast. Would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.”

“My only concern was the elevators were not conveniently located and the pool was in a poor location. Really a very nice place to stay.”
