We felt that our interaction with the staff was good. The first floor room was unpleasant. The floor was very hard and not clean. The rolling chair had a broken roller. The shower curtain was not adequate to keep the water in the shower. We don’t plan to stay there again.

The property needs an update. Hall rugs are old and worn, but the room was clean and everything worked. The staff member at the desk was rude and unwelcoming. I would not return, however I gave it three stars because it was clean and quiet.

This was a last minute trip and all hotels in the area were booked. The staff was definitely friendly. I'm use to having my room serviced daily which they don't have. Carpet renovation is needed in the hallway. Wasn't too bad of a stay

If you have a choice to stay here or stay in your car, stay in your car. The staff has the worst attitude. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting. They didn't clean the room, didn't refresh towels and then got an attitude when we asked for new towels. And they own the Comfort Inn right beside the Sleep Inn so don't stay there either. The floors in the room is the dirtiest I have ever seen. The beds are comfortable tho, after u empty a whole can of Lysol on them. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Adequate hotel

The hotel is adequate. The rooms have been given a recent facelift (new furniture, linens, a laminate floor) but the bathroom was dated, the shower door didn’t close properly, and so water sprayed all over the floor. The pillows were really inadequate and not comfortable at all. The doors (all the ones I encountered) throughout the hotel were visibly dirty. The front desk staff were super nice at both check in/out.

The hallway rugs are in terrible condition. They need replacing. Staff is cleaning them as best they can. Lamp in 309 desk needs to be replaced. I reported it twice. Even asked for a light bulb. But that did not fix it. Breakfast was good; my favorite meal.

Honestly, your saving grace was the hotel staff and that good heat! Other than that, it was hard to swallow. You could smell the odor in the bathroom even with the door closed, but it magnified when the door was opened. There were only two outlets working. The faucet sat so far back on the sink that you had to turn the water on full force just so your hands wouldn't have to rub up against the sink each time you washed your hands. I have a picture of the mold on the sink and the live bug that was on my mattress when I pulled the bed away from the wall. What made me look was when I was in the fitness room, I spotted two bugs, one on the ceiling and one on the wall. The fitness room has been neglected. There's dust and dirt everywhere! Is that enough to get a refund?

The buildings in close proximity were boarded up. The blinds that you could see from the outside were falling apart. The entryway was fine, and that’s make you think maybe it’s just the outside. Then you get on the elevator and the carpet is dirty and not vacuumed.

This will be the last time I stay at any choice hotel if this hotel is a representation. The carpet in the hallways were disgusting and torn had I not been in town for a funeral I would have been at a much higher class hotel.
