"Property was clean, all advertised amenities were provided, quiet area (off season). Only negatives was the constant humming coming from the attached utility room that shared a wall with the bedroom. Humming was loud enough to wake us up at night. Also, that same side of the building is starting to settle and slopes down 1+ inch."

"Property was clean and in a great location on the island. The GPS did not take us all the way to the end of the road where the inn was, so coming in after dark made it tricky for us to find. We came to go crabbing and the water level is low off the dock in the back so we had to go elsewhere to crab."

"The property was fine, however, both doors did not close tightly. I could see daylight through the bottom corner of both doors. The property was full of flies, I kill them every evening and there were 3-6 when I came back the next evening. They were coming in from somewhere, the doors? The property was very clean but I gave 4 stars because the rug in front of the sink was pretty gross. The towel rack was barely attached to the wall."

"The condo was very nice and roomy. Overall everything was nice. However, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and linens. The ones provided were just not adequate. Also the screens on the sliding doors need replacing. Had to keep slider shut because bugs were able to get through where the screen separated from the frame."

"It was a little difficult to find, but in a quiet area. Bedroom MAY be warm in summer because the AC is only in the living room/ kitchen area. The heat worked very well, but the thermostats were very inaccurate. 50F was closer to 75-80. Even my freezing wife was very warm"

"Great home base for a stay on Chincoteague! Immaculate and modern 3BR with easy access to the pool. We recently stayed with our kids and grandkids. King size master bedroom is on the opposite side from the other bedrooms which gave us a little privacy. Spa-like shower and beautiful water view. "The condo is a bit dated and the master bath, with tub to ceiling steam shower, is not practical - high step to get into and cannot turn water on without being in the shower. No dishwasher, but a huge wine fridge - again rather impractical. Few dishes and odd cabinets make retrieving pots etc difficult. This condo is for an older couple or a single person - just not functional for young kids or physically impaired. View, however, cannot be beat!"

"Upon entry we were all impressed with the spacious beauty of 309. Everything was clean and inviting. We were left a few household paper products (you'll need tissues and extra toilet paper) and soaps to get us started. Each guest was provided one towel, and linens were left on the edge of the beds so that you know they're clean. You'll have to make your bed upon arrival. The gym space, beautiful balcony area, stunning views of the bay, and close proximity to some great shops and restaurants...
