"Great view, Right on the ocean, staff was friendly, would recommend to anyone!"

"The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The owners were welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy. The area is very quiet.the ac had a remote that was easy to use. The bed was comfortable. The pool was cleaned daily. They offered to help with the baggage when checking in and out. Not necessarily something i didn't like but things that could've been better; house keeping is every other day and there's only 1 small trash can in the room. There wasn't a microwave available in or out of the room. Brochures are nice but lack "local" activities (there was hermit crab racing 15 minutes from the hotel that wasnt mentioned when we asked for things to do). The view from our room was nice but not how it seemed on expedia. The water gets to a nice comfortable temperature but the pressure isnt that strong. If you need lotion or a shower cap bring your own its none in the room but they have shampoo,conditioner, and body wash. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I do recommend staying here if you dont mind this minor things."

"I loved the place, and the ladies at the front were nice. Our a/c broke mid-stay/week, and the place was booked out, so we ended up staying elsewhere part of the week, but the folks refunded me promptly for the nights we couldn’t stay. They have great pickleball courts and tons of people there to play against. If you love pickleball, this is your spot! The views are unbeatable! It’s a great location—you can walk to Mc Donald’s and Subway easily and quickly, if you don’t drive. "

"We a beautiful view of the ocean off our baloney every morning. And the most peaceful view at night. The room was always clean. Air-condition was well maintained All staff members were very courteous and helpful. Especially Fanny, who was most informed about the island and very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will most certainly will be back."

"We love Hotel on the Cay. It is the most wonderful place to vacation. The hotel is undergoing renovations so you will need to set that aside because you’re not in the room much anyways. "
