“Staff members were EXCELLENT overall. The room was not always cleaned properly but the staff were quick to fix and problem solve. Breakfast was tasty but not many vegetarian options. Unfortunately the Wifi in the room was terrible and the only way for us to get a tiny connection was by going outside the room. The receptionist named Star was the Best!”

“The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful……

“Pictures provided to Expedia are completely out of date. Don’t be surprised when you show up and nothing looks the same. Friday at 8:30 the DJ was set up about 25’ outside our door and there was a residual 65+ decibels in our completely closed room. Luckily they stopped the music at 9:30, but it seemed to progressively get a little louder. All the walls are paper thin. “I really appreciated the warm welcome from Juli and Digna. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely porch overlooking the ocean. The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. “The location was EXCELLENT and made the stay one of the BEST we have ever experienced! We were on a 10 day anniversary trip and stayed several others places in other islands. This by far was our FAVORITE. The view from our room was breathtaking watching the sunset every night. The room was decorated so cute and modern. The housekeepers were very friendly and put together rose petal hearts on our bed and iced down some wine on our Anniversary day. The restaurant on the property had excellent……

“The balcony had an excellent view. The bar was adequately stocked and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to sleep past 4:30 AM bring earplugs!! The roosters start their very loud cockadoodle doing at 4:30AM and are relentless! Warm showers are not guaranteed. ”
