“This place is remote enough to get away from people but close enough to Richfield to have amenities. We loved this place. The stars lit up the sky at night! The constellations were amazing. The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place.”

“To access the checkin instructions a text is sent with an access code but there isn’t any service in most of southern Utah. Found the cabin late, make sure you have supplies and food with you because there is absolutely nothing open or available. There were dead bugs in the bathroom sink and on the living room carpet. I went to use the coffee pot and the previous filter and grounds were still there and molded. A penny fell out of the bed as I was going to sleep (not sure how you can strip, wash,...

“Good location. Not too hard to get to. House is in good shape, but could use better cleanliness. Overall a good place to have a family get together.”

“Dan was great to work with. Cabin is very close to Eagle Point, convenient for skiing. Access can be a bit tricky after a big snow storm. Amenities were not quite as advertised (a hot tub would have been great after skiing), hopefully this has been corrected on the listing.”

“I was only there overnight. Thought I would try something different than standard hotel room. Advantages - peaceful and you certainly could see plenty of stars at night. Disadvantages - restrooms in separate building and had to use flashlight to go out and use it.”
