"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available. The room was well kept and clean though a bit dated with the decor and lack of USB charging points. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the good sound proofing allows a quiet rest."

When we went there was a strong typhoon so we had to stay in the hotel for a lot of our trip so I’m glad it was comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby and the train was easy to walk to. "
"Wonderful stay in Hilton. Complimentary house wine for my wife’s birthday. Easy to get around to the local eateries and tourist spot (Langham Place). We checked in after 12am and still have eateries operating.
A bit walking (10 to 15 mins) to YauMaTei and Mongkok as the hotel is located in between these 2 MTR. But not a problem for us as we like walking around to feel the local lifestyle. Overall it’s a great stay for us. "
"Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10 minutes walk to the closest metro station, so you have to rely heavily on the 7-11 right outside. But other than this, we loved our stay and always felt safe and well looked after. Especially recommend this place for family/friends trips where peace and quiet is the preference. "
"Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay. "

"the room is very dirty! they did not change the linens and bedsheets that used by the previous renter, the garbage are all aroung the property. too many hairs in the toilet! walls are very dirty! ceiling are very dirty. the smell is very stinky! its very very disappointment specially for the travellers who have kids with them! we booked 2 nights with them! and i didnt stay even an hour in the property! they dont accept refunds!! before you post the property in your site, check the property if its really a good place to stay! its for you to check and to make sure that the hotel is clean and worth the money! me and my family just wasted money and a day in our vacation."
