The coffee cake in the morning was the best I have ever tasted. The gym had state of the art equipment, and the hot tub and pool were great. Very nice owners as well.
The owner/manager was friendly, informative and very thorough. She was also a lot of fun to talk to about the area. When we needed extra towels, etc. she was prompt in providing them to our cabin. Our cabin was cozy and very comfortable!
The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the complimentary coffee and coffee cake in the morning was perfect. We got a river view room and sat on our back deck with bino’s watching deer in the fields. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a stay near Cody or the East Entrance for Yellowstone
Call ahead if arriving after 6 PM!
There is no cell service at the property, so if you arrive late without calling beforehand, you'll have to drive 15 minutes back toward Cody just to get reception and call for your cabin key code. Messaging them on expedia does not work.
The staff were very friendly, and our room was spacious for two people (Comfort Room with two double beds). During our stay, the restaurant and coffee bar closed early.
We had a comfortable stay at the Yellowstone Valley Inn, though we only slept our rooms and didn’t use any of the extra amenities (hot tub, gym, restaurant or bar), because we got back from the park too late every night. The staff was nice and helpful and the Inn isn’t too far east of the park.
The place worked for our big family, I would make a suggestion to update the website, when I booked, it said there was a restaurant that served breakfast and dinner, but the only breakfast was coffee cake, which was really good but we had 5 kids to fed, also the website said there was a arcade, but it only had board games and books. Very pretty country
No television except with use of dvd player, that didn’t work. Breakfast was coffee and coffee cake. Pool was outside away from room. Was very clean and outdoor patio very nice. Not what was described
