Was asked to bring our trash to office. Had no service to make beds. Was told to watch how we used showers and toilet as they had a septic problem. We stayed one night and left.

This was the best place ever! It is run by the sweetest family. They are so selfless and accommodating. We also enjoyed the location to East Yellowstone so much better than the over-touristy West Yellowstone. I can't recommend this place more! You won't regret staying here!
