However gaining entry was pathetic. Photo of outside of the property was completely misleading and not helpful. Communication with Experia was a complete disaster and impossible. Person I spoke to either didn't understand written English or was deliberately obstructive and not of any help. When pointing out that I was having trouble finding the entry point all they said was they can cancel but I would not get any refund.
