"By The Sea Guesthouse is a bit far from downtown, but in a quiet area, which is nice! It's a 20,000 to 25,000 COP taxi ride to go downtown but easy to find a taxi and only takes a few minutes. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was great. Very helpful. Room was very clean and nice. We had the Standard Triple Room, Ocean View, which I think was the nicest room. Turn down service included a hot water bottle in my bed, a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was a continental, fresh juice and a hot entree was delicious. The only place I want to stay in Bogota. "

"Kind, courteous staff. Only stayed here one night when arriving in Cartagena before heading to the islands. Wish we had come back here for the second part of our trip in Cartagena. Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "
