We are close to a wide range of amenities and places such as Garden Of The Gods park, minutes away Air Force Academy and UCCS, and hiking trails. Inside is a beautifully appointed, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath, combination of comfort, luxury, and beautiful nature to enjoy. Outside our 5 different seating areas await you and your guests. Plenty of off street parking.
This home also offers a one bedroom, basement apartment (shown in pictures) that includes its own bathroom, and kitchen. This is available at an additional cost.
