Welcome to the perfect family or group getaway, tucked into a residential neighborhood in northwest Colorado Springs. Located on a hilltop called Pinecliffs, the view from this home is spectacular, frequently featuring a herd of deer. A park a few houses away offers a nearby opportunity to get out in nature, and you’re surrounded by opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, biking, river rafting, and spelunking. You’ll feel like you’ve stumbled into a secret hideaway, yet you’re perfectly situated to enjoy all of Colorado Springs’ attractions. But first – coffee. Wake up on your sunny, private back deck with a cup, and then explore what lies beyond the stairs that lead from the deck into the trees.

Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light. The chef will adore the fully-equipped, updated kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, double oven, six-burner gas range, and double-drawer dishwasher, perfect for smaller loads. At the end of the day, three comfortable living spaces, each with a TV and plenty of seating, offer lots of entertainment options. Grab a spot on the giant sectional upstairs for a movie night, while the rest of the gang plays cards or dunks baskets with the fun basketball game downstairs. With in-home WiFi, a DVD and Blu-Ray player, and five TVs, there’s something for everyone. When it’s time to turn in, three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs await.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
