“Absolutely beautiful location, house is definitely a home from home. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of utensils, crockery, cutlery. Lovely garden for my 2 year old grandson, very safe and secure. Parking rules ensure you can always pull up outside the property. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!”

“This a sizeable property and well placed for easy access to Beach, Town and shops. It has 5 bedrooms including a downstairs bedroom and en-suite. Some updating needed of facilities which has been fed back. However, this was a great success as it’s very hard to find suitable accommodation for people with mobility issues and I was staying with my parents who are 88 & 89 respectively. “Brilliant property! Amazing to have en-suites in every bedroom. This property was the perfect venue for my partner’s surprise 40th weekend away with friends. The bedrooms were all a fantastic size with en-suites. Private and secluded enabling us to all switch off from the business of our day to day lives and relax. Great communication and recommendations from the owner. ”

The cottage was excellent, with everything you need for a short stay, and very well equipped. “Lovely chalet and facilities. Only 2 problems noted. The grass around the chalet needed cutting. We reported a fault with the toilet continuously the house keeper’s husband came out but was unable to fix it. We had to switch of the water to the boiler on the night time as it disturbed our sleep. besides these 2 issues our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. ”

“We stayed at the barn for a 3 night stopover on the way to Cornwall Heather and Angus are very welcoming as are their 2 lovely dogs Pip and MabelThe hamlet of Chaffcombe is very pretty and we had a peaceful and relaxing time sitting in the wonderful private garden belonging to the property. We felt quite remote,which we like, but within easy reach of Sidmouth and Ford Abbey gardens which we visited Burrow Hill gardens is also nearby and worth a visit -amazing views”
