“If you just need a place to crash for the night, then this is fine. I will say that the beds are terrible. I woke up with hip pain. Hard as a rock. The linen was clean though. The tv is small and precariously hung on the wall. The shower is adequate, however. The hotel itself seems to attract loud individuals who will be there all night outside, talking loudly. So if quietness is a concern, just don’t stay in Commerce.”

“There should be no stains on the linens at all, at anytime. Wash your bed linens, please.”

“Staff were so kind and helpful. The pool was a highlight for my kids. Will stay here again.”

“The property was very beautiful! The parking situation was absolutely horrible. There were no clear instructions on where to go and $25 per day for valet unless you want to walk all the way from a very very far away lot with all of your luggage and things. There’s also a $300 ADDITIONAL hold placed on your card upon checkin, I know this is standard but these should have been made more clear prior to arriving. Additionally the rooms are nice, but very very thin walls we could hear so many people……
