Complejo Watergate: Tours y Actividades

The staff where very kind and attentive to our needs during a snow storm. The building is beautiful and the bed was extra comfy.

There was no signage about where check-in was. No email was sent or even a reminder about reservation. When I booked reservation it stated we had access to pool and gym with continental breakfast on weekends. None of this was provided. No notification of the changes. Room was clean but noisy from street traffic. Bathroom door would not lock or stay closed. Ice machine on second floor had NO ice scoop.
