"Pro—staff was welcoming, room was clean, bed very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Husband loved the choices for breakfast especially the cinnamon rolls. No noise from the traffic. Only one Con—limited parking. We had to park in the next door restaurant parking—although it was adjacent to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again as we travel through here several times a year. "

"The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country to anyone traveling to the Memphis area. Will definitely be renting again when traveling to the Memphis (Collierville area) to visit my niece in the near future."

"This hotel has been renovated and looks quite modern from the outside. The lobby and breakfast areas are beautiful. The room doors are still the old ones, but everything works. The bathroom was quite nice with the higher toilet seat which is nice for us older folks. Clean pool also. Located right off the exit so easy to get to and leave."

"The Outskirts was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived we felt a warmth and coziness. The property is beautiful and immaculately clean! The hot tub was incredible as well as the TV outside for movie night! "
