"There is some water damage, but that is to be expected. The property is beautiful. The condo was great! I didn't care for the speeding golf carts. You might as well have cars the way some of those people drive (kids and drunk people included). I really loved the location and beach. I felt that some of the other people were unfriendly to those renting, rather than owning. They literally were discussing how they hate people renting units out at the pool.
