“Listen this motel is dated and has a slight odor. The benefits are the location. It is located next to I 75, McDonalds, Waffle House and Gas Stations. It is easy to park. The staff are friendly and welcoming. For being old it is clean. The bed was amazing with great linen and pillows. The breakfast was great and plentiful, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, 2 waffle makers, OJ, Apple juice and coffee. For the price, the breakfast, the staff, the bed = 5 stars.”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. “We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when……
