“We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to downtown Punta Gorda in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house on the inside was exceptionally clean and had many great amenities (towels, well stocked kitchen, large flat screen TVs, etc.) There were a few mis-steps. The heated pool was not heated. Shortly before our check in, I was told that if we wanted it warmer than 72 degrees, it was an upcharge. We negotiated a reduced rate but this was not appreciated. The pool itself was not functional when……

“The pool was very nice as was the canal. It was very pet friendly with disposal bucket and clean fenced in area off the garage. The home was pretty clean overall and nicely equipped. The location was ideal and close to a lot of things. Publix a mile away. Most things within 15 minutes. The written description said queen sleeper sunroom but it is a double and no sheets were provided for this bed. It also says online in the picture description that it is a double so there is a discrepancy……
