"Stayed one night on our way home to TN ; The young man at check in was exceptional; the room was large , clean ; nice bright decor ; nice bathroom & comfortable bed ; breakfast & coffee were good ; morning front desk staff was a bit grumpy; elevator was slow , but was a lovely facility & restful stay ! "Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice. Beds are the best of all hotels we stay at and the room was clean. Check in was a breeze and breakfast was good. My only complaint was about the coffee. It was cold in the afternoon when we checked in and the bold coffee was not very bold. "

"The owners did a fantastic job renovating this old building. Each room is unique and stays with the time period of the building. The community bathrooms provide a unique environment. My daughter and I chatted with such nice ladies as we were going in and out of the bathroom area. It was convenient that there are no specific hours for the breakfast bar. There was a fine variety of easy, make for yourself options. My daughter had yogurt and oatmeal, and I had toasted peanut butter and jelly with coffee, of course. The owner was friendly. "
