“We enjoyed our weekend stay at 207, fourth.The townhome is clean, orderly and well supplied with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. The beds were made up nicely and comfortable and there are plenty of toiletries available onsite. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There is coffee available for the coffeemaker, as well as seasonings, in the kitchen. Our only challenges were getting in and out of the parking space.. tight for our SUV. Also I did...

“Stayed a long weekend with my in laws. The unit was well equipped and clean. The previous renters had broken the toilet and clogged the sink but the owner was on top of things and they were quickly fixed. The location is nice, not too noisy. The owner provided some recommendations for restaurants and bakeries as we were celebrating a special birthday as well as leaving us a sparkling wine and snacks ! Would definitely stay here again ”

“We had an amazing time for a family getaway. There was ample room for six adults and two kids to and under the host were great and super accommodating and helpful with helping us to get everything set up so that we were able to enjoy the golf course and the pool we would love to come again”

“Great property with wonderful communication from the host.One small issue was the bedroom never really cooled off.Convenient location to W and M and the town.”

“Place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a group of 4 however, I believe it stays 6 people. Only a 5 min. walk to the boardwalk and all the food and shops you can think of. Hosts were accommodating and communicated very well. Will def. stay there again when we make our way back. Great time and a great condo to stay in. ”

“Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. The resort location is also a plus. Really was not far from anything and felt extremely safe. Communication with the hosts was effortless and quick. Great stay. Thank you”

“A Sea Glass Dream and its host Cynthia are fantastic! In a word, from booking to check out: smooth. The property is super clean, up to date, and very thoughtfully appointed. “Upon entering the building we were greeted by the wonderful "Mighty Quinn" (daytime desk person), who was very genuinely sweet and helpful in all matters during our 2 night stay. The suite was fairly clean (floors need a deep clean) and quite dated. Bed was comfortable. Balcony was wonderful, overlooked our beloved ocean! It was fairly quiet until Saturday night when the music from the restaurant downstairs was loud until about 11 or a little later. Overall it was a decent experience.”

“Great place, great location with plenty within walking distance. The somewhat complicated appearing instructions for the garage parking ended up being easy-peasy. We were surprised by mini fridge and table top icemaker - expected full fridge. Otherwise, absolutely lovely. ”
