“Outdated, child-ridden, dirty! The stairway to our room was full of bugs and looked like it had never been cleaned. There was a huge spider on its web and other dead bugs all over the corners, rafters, and stairs and we barely made it up the stairway. We were not informed of the ability to rent a golf cart at check-in and when we called the next morning to see about renting one (after seeing everyone else on them throughout the resort) there weren't any left. “This property was a unique combination of old and new. The location in "old" Williamsburg helped us to feel like we were back in time. The property itself had great bones and was as clean as daily housekeeping could keep it. The rooms are tired however, needing carpets cleaned, furniture changed and repaired and fresh paint on the inside. Loved the vintage feel, just fine to freshen it up. The AC was great, deck and views were beautiful and the beds comfortable. Easy access because we were on……
