“My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy and communication with Christine was fantastic. Our son was playing at Cooperstown and staying here was absolutely peaceful. Which is exactly what we needed after long days at the ballpark. We even got to bring him back and make him a home cooked meal during a break from games. Perfect stay in a gorgeous setting!”

“The photos don’t do this farmhouse justice. Comfy beds, cozy front room, relaxing front porch, peaceful and serene property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here with our family while our grandson played baseball at Dreams Park. Added bonuses (sunscreen, hypoallergenic soap, laundry detergent and more) were much appreciated. Our host was responsive and obliging. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay here again and again.”

“We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return……

“This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. ”

“Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. “The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few……
