“Stay away. Rooms are disgusting. Cigarette stains on the comforters, smell of stale smoke in the rooms, toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned. Group of 6 showed up and checked right out. “Was not Aware of a deposit. Showed up did not have enough money for the deposit. So could not stay in the room that I booked. Not only did I not have the full Deposit the online booking company booked my room in the wrong name. So clearly I did not have 2 forms of ID to check-in, and they don't give refunds, and there was nothing stating the deposit on the website when I was booking. Very unhappy and did not have a place to stay after paying for it reached out to the motel, they were not……

"Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
