" The person who helped us check in was GREAT! Went above and beyond to help us. I became very ill and we were greatly assisted in several ways. I actually had to check out before midnight and go to the emergency room in Woodland park. We were shocked that Cripple Creek had no grocery store or drugstore or emergency surgery!"

"You just never know what to expect when you stay at a private brand hotel. This was exceptional. Room was spotless. It's combined from several buildings. So, there are many steps. I'm a little older but managed. I would definitely return."

"This cabin has gorgeous views and is well stocked (games, books, cards, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of kitchen supplies). Deer come right up to the deck each morning and night. I am not sure why others have made comments in their review about the cabin needing improvements. I disagree. It’s a cabin in the mountains. You should not expect this to be the equivalent of a penthouse suite in a downtown hotel. It’s an amazing mountain cabin. Any questions we had, Conrad was quick to answer. Definitely a 5-star stay. "
